Approval Process Enhancement

Situation
Identified the need for the Training Director to be included in approvals for Training product discounts to allow for more accurate distribution of approvals between the SLT members, reducing potential oversight issues.
TASK
Proposed and spearheaded a project to modify and add to the approval processes, ensuring the inclusion of the Training Director in discount approvals of Training products without compromising any requirements of the existing approval processes.
ACTION
Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the current approval flow and processes, engaged with key stakeholders to gather approval requirements, led the implementation of modifications to the approval processes, and provided guidance to the SLT during the transition, offering resources to facilitate adoption of the updated processes.
RESULTs
The Training Director now has direct oversight and approval authority for Training product discounts, enhancing governance and accountability. Also reducing the number of approvals required from non-training SLT members by 35%, streamlining the process and improving efficiency.
