Implemented a ‘Win Wire’ process across Opportunities and Tasks to promote knowledge sharing among salespeople. This complex, multi-Flow process led to more informed sales strategies and increased potential for larger sales, highlighting leadership skills and the ability to utilise Salesforce for talent development.
Targets vs Actuals
Enabled more accurate tracking of Sales Targets vs Actuals by building 2 custom objects and 3 Flows. This solution not only required strong Salesforce development skills but also enhanced individual salespeople’s performance monitoring and strategic planning.
Approval Process Enhancement
Enhanced an end-to-end company approval process by seamlessly integrating a Flow and Salesforce approval process providing key Stakeholders such as the Training Director with valuable process oversight, improving operational efficiency and decision-making accuracy.
