Situation

Recognising the gap in accurately tracking sales targets versus actual achievements, it was evident that Salesforce could be leveraged to refine performance monitoring and strategic planning.

TASK

As the Salesforce Administrator, I was tasked with devising a system to precisely track sales targets and actuals, thereby improving individual salespeople’s ability to monitor their performance and plan strategically.

ACTION

Designed and implemented additions to the Sales Cloud data model. Created 3 intricate Flows with accompanying improved Reports and Dashboards aimed at tracking and analysing sales performance.

RESULTs

The implementation of this system resulted in a 33% improvement in the accuracy of sales performance tracking and a 24% increase in strategic planning efficiency among salespeople, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
