‘Win Wire’ Project

Situation

Observations of internal communications highlighted a clear need for improved strategy sharing among the sales team, pinpointing Salesforce as a key tool for fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.

TASK

As the Salesforce Administrator, I aimed to implement a ‘Win Wire’ process to efficiently circulate valuable sales insights and strategies within the team.

ACTION

I led the initiative to customize Salesforce for capturing and sharing ‘Win Wire’ insights, conducted comprehensive coaching sessions, and worked to instill a culture of mutual success and knowledge exchange.

RESULTs

The effort resulted in a 26% sales increase and a 40% rise in ‘Win Wire’ contributions 3 months post-implementation, alongside a 91% satisfaction rate from the team, underlining the impact of shared knowledge on sales achievement.
